Here are the most common questions...

• I am LOCAL can I pickup my order? Most definitely; please select pickup at checkout.

 

• Do you offer custom orders? We do yes, please reach out with what you are looking for.

 

• Is your soap made with Lye? Yes, all real soap is made with LYE, however after the saponification process occurs which is after 24-48 hours after being made all that is left is glycerin and soap.

 

• Will the botanical toppings clog my drain? Most toppings are small and easily passed through plumbing. I you are concerned, please take a moment to brush off all prior to use. 

 

• What if I enter an incorrect shipping address? Contact me ASAP! 

 

• Do you have any current retail spots? Not at this time but maybe in the future. Follow us on Facebook and Instagrsm for sales and pop-up events.

 

• Where do you get your goat milk from? From our very own goats right here at Ruby Hill Farm. During milking season we milk them daily.

 

• Are your soaps cold processed? Yes, they are! They are completely safe after 48 hours and contain no activate lye, but as they sit they become a hard bar. Our soaps cure for at least 4 weeks.
